Grooming

While you’re living on the streets or in your car, it can be impossible to find a way to bathe your four-legged companion. This is why C.A.R.E.4Paws offers basic grooming for pets of the unhoused through our Companion Pet Assistance program.

The first Thursday of every month at 5pm at Alameda Park in Santa Barbara, A’s Mobile Mobile Dog Grooming joins us to provide baths and nail trims specifically for pets of the unsheltered. We also distribute pet food and provide flea treatment, blankets and beds, toys and more to those in need during these grooming events and all other Thursday evenings of the month at Alameda Park.

In Santa Maria, we have partnered with Doggie Parlour to offer baths and nail trimming as well as pet food distribution for pets of the unhoused the second Monday of each month.
