Happy Tails From The Pet Families We Help

Another amazing Happy Tail! Linda shared her words of gratitude with us:

“Thank you for taking such good care of my little spit fire baby girl Li’l Bit last week as you spayed her. She is doing well in her recovery. Your service is appreciated so much! We would not have been able to afford her having this surgery if it wasn’t for your amazing service to our community! Thank you, again!”

Recently, after beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog Lizzie sadly crossed the rainbow bridge, her family reached out to C.A.R.E.4Paws to see if we knew of a dog in need of a wheelchair. Shortly thereafter, sweet pup Kali received her new walking wheels and is getting around wonderfully. A big thank you to Lizzie’s family for the kind gift!

We received this positive Happy Tail from Belinda: “Just a quick note to say Thank You for all your help with John Boy. He is so happy!! Dr. Thompson was a gem. Gracias for coordinating all of that!!!”

“Throughout the years, Hershey, my 13-year-old lab-pitbull mix, has gone to C.A.R.E.4Paws for his medical issues,” says Rita Baldarez. “They have helped me tremendously with appointments and pet food. They are so kind and really care.” We send a big thank you to Grey Muzzle Organization for its generous grants to support senior pups like Hershey.

Recently, Barbara Bloxham’s cute, 15-year-old dog, Vegas, had much-needed dental surgery in C.A.R.E.4Paws’ mobile clinic, funded by a grant from Grey Muzzle Organization.

Says Barbara: “It was no surprise I brought her home with no teeth. They were in terrible condition. My fear that I might lose her has been replaced with the joy of seeing her so happy, acting like a puppy again. Thank you for taking care of her.”

Thank you, Tania, for sharing your Happy Tail with us: “I came across C.A.R.E.4Paws on Facebook. Perfect timing. My dear cat, Simba, needed a few vaccines and to be microchipped. I had just started a job after being jobless for 14 months. I was able to get my cat’s needs met for very little pay. I am thankful for that.”

Vonnie shared words of gratitude with the C.A.R.E.4Paws team: “My puppies, Levi and Cassidy, had their spay and neuter surgeries at your clinic at the Santa Maria Eagles and are all healed up. Dr. Thompson did a great job! Thank you to all the staff.”

In May 2022, Lynda Peters in Pismo Beach let us know that her pups Askit and Bubba, who got fixed during one of our clinics at Elm Street Dog Park, were recovering well. “We cannot thank you enough. Everyone at the clinic was so professional, friendly and helpful. The dogs are doing great and we’ve had no complications or issues.”

We are impressed by Lynda’s modification of Askit’s cone: A pool floatie tied to his collar!
