What Our Supporters Say

We recently adopted kittens from C.A.R.E.4Paws’ Animals in Need Fund. We witnessed the incredible care and love they give to animals in foster homes, along with the many vital services they provide to the community.

Spaying/neutering is the only way to prevent pet overpopulation and is too expensive for many pet families. Donating to C.A.R.E.4Paws is one way I can help.

I’m donating to C.A.R.E.4Paws to help those in need that want to take care of their pets and cannot afford it. I am grateful to be able to afford vet care for my four animals.

Our neighbor Claire, jokingly said she’d never talk to us again if we didn’t donate. Kidding, supporting such a worthy cause is a no-brainer!

As a SMAC clinic volunteer, I had the chance to jump in and help at a recent clinic event. Seeing firsthand how much effort and resources go into making it all happen is truly eye-opening.

Everyone at this amazing organization has a beautiful heart dedicated to helping animals. Animals don’t have a voice, so we have to be their voice and protect them.

I love this organization. When I couldn’t afford vet care for my cats and dogs, they were there for us.

I support C.A.R.E.4Paws to help provide pet food for the homeless pets living in the Santa Maria riverbed — because every animal deserves care, no matter where they call home.

Every animal deserves love, and every family deserves the chance to care for their pet — no matter their income.

I was inspired by the story of a cat cured of FIP. It’s wonderful that hope and healing are now possible. I’m donating to help more cats fight this disease.

As part of our Paws Up For Pets humane education program, C.A.R.E.4Paws is proud to partner with the amazing youth at Lompoc’s United Boys & Girls Club to provide wonderful portraits of all types of pets, while raising critical funds our critical work. The youth love painting the portraits, which make great gifts in honor of someone’s beloved pet, and they are excited to know that their work supports pet families in need.

By remembering C.A.R.E.4Paws in your estate plans, you help ensure that we can continue assisting thousands of animals and pet owners in need—for years to come. Employee Gift Matching

Ask if your company offers a gift matching program and if so, what the company’s guidelines are. In some cases, the value of an employee’s donation may be doubled or tripled. Many companies match gifts given by employees and their spouses, as well as by retirees and board members.

You can also contribute to your favorite nonprofit through automatic payroll deductions. Many companies offer this opportunity via an outside federation, such as United Way or America’s Charities. Federal, state and municipal employees can sign up through a philanthropy motivator like the Combined Federal Campaign. Simply select C.A.R.E.4Paws, Inc. on the designation form. If our nonprofit is not listed, opt to do a “direct designation,” which means you have to list C.A.R.E.4Paws, Inc. and our tax identification number, 27-0207473, on the form.
